I cannot access my cpanel

why I cannot access my cpanel? I already type password and username correctly. There is an error Login failed.

cPanel signin on Fris is still spotty. But if your problem is with username/password:

1. Try changing your password via the Account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
Where they ask for 'old password', they mean your current Forum password. This will make cPanel and Forum password the same.

2. You should be signing up using

https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/
OR
http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/

3. The nameservers for your domain show up to be

ns01.x10hosting.com.com
ns02.x10hosting.com.com

ie, they have an extra .com at the end. You should go to co.cc and fix that.

I can log in my account and forum but I can not log in cPanel.

this worked for me

Try this:

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.
