I cannot access my site

My account suspended. I have activated it . the control panel displayed my free hosting and forum are active. but I cannot access my site and I cannot access the ftp. please help me. my account is laotan.x10hosting.com and email is eldocean@hotmail.com

I only can login to control by https://x10hosting.com/control/? . but cannot login to cPanel by http://laotan.x10hosting.com:2082 it prompt "login attempt failed!"
please help me.
