Hi,

My site has been down for a few days now, I thought it was to do with the server maintenance and updates. But it's still not resolved.

I cannot access anything (cpannel/ftp/x10hosting)

When I sign in to x10hosting.com it says:

"In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting..."

"Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!"

However when I do this it says no such username exists.

Username: projects
Domain: projectnetwork.x10hosting.com

Has my account been terminated?

Thanks, for any help in advance

Your account was deleted on the 12th of September.
Reason: Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

You are welcome to sign-up for a new account (Visit http://x10hosting.om/logout first). However we cannot recover any of your data.

Ok, thanks for the info.

I only signed in last week though, so I don't understand how that happened?

I thought an extended period would be longer than that?

hmm, do you have your hosting sign-up Email ?

The last thing in our suspension log was this:

I have tried to sign up again like TechAsh suggested (using the same domain), but I recieve an error, in the signup email:

"Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for projectnetwork.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)"

Does this mean my existing account is still there, or is this just old data?

I still don't understand why my last login was a year ago. I have been using the forums and x10hosting fairly regularly.

Moved to level two support

That was from the suspension log. Not the login log.

Ok, you should now be able to signup with that subdomain.
Feel free to re-open this thread if you need further assistance.
