I cannot access to my cPanel

Hi, I was in lotus server, but now, I think that I am in fris server. My webpage cannot connect to database and I also cannot access to cPanel (http://mywebpage.com:2082). I am waiting time ago, but server always gime me problems.

Have you tried logging into cPanel at http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ ?

Yes, but neither I can login.

Today I've already could login to my cPanel.

But now, I have a problem with MySQL. I cannot enter to phpmyadmin (access denied) and I neither can access via php. I've deleted users and I've recreated they but without result.
