Point the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and go to http://x10hosting.com/control to change it.

Seems the domain is owned by another user.. What domain is it you are trying to add?

I am trying to change the domain name to kahitano.x10hosting.com
and it seems theres a error on change it

Go to http://x10hosting.com/control go to the top for "hosting" and click on "modify domain" Then where it says modify main domain, tick "Use an x10hosting subdomain as my ....." then click update after that.

I'm having the same problem: "Error Code: 1E9F63B0". Had my domain name forwarded to a previous account here in x10hosting, but I had a huge database problem, every page would display "ERROR 500", so I decided to create a new account, now I can forward it
