Dear Tech Support,
I signed up for a free account and it all went fine until I received the confirmation e-mail. When I clicked on the link in the e-mail to confirm and then submitted the code, it said it was not correct. I've tried it multiple times with the same result every time.
This has got to be the most stupid flaw and problem I have ever witnessed, I haven't even uploaded my site yet and already there is a problem. I got recommended your service by a friend and thought that I could get my website up in a day but thanks to this I'm going to have to wait.
Please can you resolve this for me so that I can confirm my e-mail and then I can publish my site.
