I cannot ftp to my site

Hi there,
Thanks for keeping us posted with regard to the problems.
I cannot ftp to my site which is on STOLI. I get:
I get:
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (69,175,122,178,207,184).
LIST -aL
and then it locks up. Is this caused by the problems you have been having with STOLI or is it another issue?

FTP has not been working for several days now. Please can someone tell me if this is caused by the current work on the servers, or if there is something I can do to rectify this. Thank you.
