I cannot get to my website

If I am logged on to the hosting portal, then I can click on the domain and my website appears. If I try to type in the url by itself from another location, a screen comes up stating that it does not exists! Why is it being blocked?

Are you typing .x10hosting.com or .x10host.com ? Your domain ends with the second.

I have tried it both ways.....nothing.
