I cannot log-in in my Special FTP Account

Help. my password is not accepted in FTP transaction when using SPECIAL FTP Account, I type-in the right password but it is not accepted in FTP so my website instead of dekada2011.elementfx.com become dekada2011.elementfx.com/dekada, I cannot access the root since it doesn't accept my client password.

Make sure you are using the following details:

FTP URL: dekada2011.elementfx.com
FTP Username: your cpanel Login / or for sub ftp accounts: username@dekada2011.elementfx.com
FTP Password: your cpanel password / the password for the sub ftp account
