I cannot log into Cpanel

I have tried to search for an answer, but I have found none. As I am not sure if this has anything to do with the server maintanaince, I will post the support request here.

I seem to not be able to log into Cpanel. I can log into the account system on X10Hosting's site easily, but the Cpanel rejects my username and password.

I am trying to log in using

http://cookedupgames.exofire.net:2082

which is what the e-mail told me to use.

Any suggestions?

Please allow a few more days before posting anymore issues related to server issues or not being able to log into cPanel. If you would kindly read the Server Alerts you will see there is ongoing Maintenance being done. With that said there will be issues with people being able to log into their cPanel's. This will be hit and miss. Meaning there will be times you will and will not be able to log into the CPanel portion of your site. We ask that you be patient as we finish up this end of the upgrades.
