I cannot login FileZilla

Hi! Can anybody help me?
I want to login into filezilla to upload some data, but i cannot connect.
I have two domains:
cairuviajes.com.ar (main)
cairuviajes.x10.mx

When i try to log into filezilla i use this as port:
cairuviajes.x10.mx
And i have created a new user cause i dont remember the main ftp user's password.
When i try to login this happens

your main FTP details should be the same as your main login information you use.
(ie-username and password)

i use dreamweaver (like filezilla)
using ftp.mysite.x10.bz then same user/password as my main login.
id use port 21 and passive ftp

that works fine for me.

thanks for ur reply. i solved it. My username is "theuser@mydomain.x10.mx" and i was tiping only "theuser" haha. joke on me i guess
