Hi, I cannot login to cPanel, it just says 'Login Attempt Failed!'. I made this support request already and was told the following:
'Try resetting your password from your account panel if you haven't been able to log into cPanel for a while. Keep in mind, changing that password will also change the password you use for the forums as well as the account panel itself.'
I have tried this and still I have the same issue. Also on my Hosting Account Management page my disk space usage is not shown and my bandwidth usage is not shown. I am not sure whether that information is useful but I thought I would make you aware of it anyway,
