I cannot login to my Cpanel

Hello-

A few days ago I had my account reset by Chris Z as I had some problems with an addon domain, and rewrote necessary files in my public_html folder.

The site was reset, however I cannot login to the space to re-upload my site.

My domain is http://aliasct.pcriot.com, and my cPanel username is "dokwatz". I will provide my password if needed to get the process moving.

Yes, the welcome message is there, but I cannot login to the cPanel. I can PM you my user/pass as I would like to simply reuse the domain I've signed up for as opposed to setting up another account.

BTW, thanks for the service, x10hosting is the best free php/mysql host that I have ever seen.

Try changing your password at http://x10hosting.com/account/ and then logging in.

When I login to http://x10hosting.com/account/ I get the following error message:

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system."

Do I need to re-setup my account from scratch?

It seems that your account was terminated in order to reset it. However while creating the account, there was a mistake and instead of the cPanel username dokwatz, it was created as dowkatz. I have relinked the account dowkatz. Your cPanel username will now be dowkatz.
