I cannot login to my Cpannel and Account Manager

Hi,

I cannot login to my CPannel and Account Manager. I typed in my password and username I usually use to login to CPannel. It does not recognize either my username or password. Then, when I try to login to my Account Manager, it said as the following:


An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Could you help me please?

I have the same problem, but my site works fine.
Well, I can use ym account manager, but not my cpanel.

And now my site doesn't work. Odd. Wello it was odd that it was working since I'm seemingly permanently suspended.

Just before the servers went down I registered for a new site. Since this being my first time here an all an noticed good reviews I thought i would give it a try. Well it's been almost 3+ weeks now an I can't access anything at all on the servers, when I log into the site it tries to link with my forum account an keeps coming back with an invaild domain user name.

Everything is setup the same way for both the site an the forums... but to no availe I still can't access the site or anything at all... in word on what this might be causing or is it being fixed?

I'm having the exact same problem. Although i already signed up and register, i still cant access my cpanel.

I got an ADfree space and well the website worked yesterday and now it doesnt. And i can't login..

My site is not working, my cPanel not working and I cant check the status of stoli server!!!!

As the staff have continously pointed out, Stoli is undergoing maintenance and it will take sometime before the servers are up and running. As for Absolut users if you are having problems please post in the relevant section in the News and Announcements section.

Thank you for the reply back in regards to this issue... but the major problem at this moment is that there is not even a true ETA on the uptime of the servers. I appreciate the active work that is going on at the moment... but there has to be an idea of when or a possible time for things to be coming online.
