I Cannot Login to the site

Hi,

I am a first timer here. I can login to the forum here, but and could log in to the support.x10hosting as well, but couldnt log into the main site i.e. here: http://x10hosting.com/login.php?

Can anybody help me out?

And I assume that once, i can acces the same, i can get the nameserver details from there. As a result I cannot access the cpanel details too.

You use the forum username and pw to sign in there, not your cPanel user/pw

What's the issue that you have when try to login?
Remember that you don't have hosting account linked to your forum account and when you logon in you AMS (x10hostinh.com/panel.php) you'll get an error that you don't have linked your hosting account.

Yes, that i what i want. How can i do link those account? or is it somebody else who will do that?

Nope, we don't sent cpanel details in the registration.
I can't link your hosting account if you don't remember your cPanel Username (Hosting Username).
When you registered, you've used 2 usernames, the forum and hosting username, the first one was your hosting (cpanel) username and the second was "aquesta" (forum username).

I have the same problem as aquesta. My hostingname is "madness".
