After pointing to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com I added 2 addon domains:
tech9x.com and tutorialsea.com
to my account at tech9x.pcriot.com (provided by x10hosting).
Please see these images:

And added index.html to both /public_html/tech9x.com and /public_html/tutorialsea.com.

After 16 hours when I visit to http://tech9x.com and http://tutorialsea.com I see Siteground.com page at my domains saying:
There is no webpage configured at the URL you are trying to reach.

See Image here:

So please guide me if I am wrong at any point and help to resolve this. :(

In cPanel, you should see an icon for "Advanced DNS Zone Editor"

Click on that, then go through the list and replace ALL MENTIONS of the IP 173.236.27.195 with the IP 69.175.104.34 (use the "Edit" link next to all the incorrect IP addresses).

Once you do this, your issue should be resolved (you may need to flush your DNS cache first before being able to see the correct site).

This issue stems from x10 misconfiguring your domain to be using an old IP that x10 used to own, but now belongs to Siteground. Unfortunately, it seems the issue has yet to be fixed, so you'll have to manually fix it on your end using the method I described above.

From my domain registrar panel I have updated A records for my domains to 69.175.104.34 (which I had previously set to 173.236.27.195  unknowingly!!)
and all my A records for domains have already been set to 69.175.104.34 (by default) at advance DNS zone editor at Cpanel.
I flushed dns at Command prompt in my window7.
Cleared my browser' cache..

Even then I can't see my websites!! It is showing same Siteground page..!!
What to do now?? Help.. :frown:

Both work for me, I am seeing "Default Web Page". You will probably just have to wait a bit longer.
