I can't access CMD_FILE_MANAGER on the x13hosting server

I can access the login page (from x10hosting, not directly through x13hosting) and the database, but I can't get through to CMD_FILE_MANAGER, which is really important to me. I need to remove the 'Toggle Dark Mode' button script from my nav.php because it makes my website look unattractive. However, I can't access CMD_FILE_MANAGER. I suspect that my IP might be blocked by the x10hosting firewall because I use two phones (one Android and one iPhone) and one computer (a low-performance PC). I’ve been using my x13hosting account for almost 7 months, but now I can't access CMD_FILE_MANAGER. I think this might be the end of my use of x10hosting, which I have loved for its wonderful services—it's so easy to use and so powerful! Thank you for everything.

Oh my God, thank you so much for fixing my problem, admin and moderator. This is the second time you've resolved an issue on my website. I can now remove the 'toggledarkmode' script from my nav.php in CMD_FILE_MANAGER to make my website look good. I swear to follow the rules of x10hosting to protect and ensure the safety of my website, as x10hosting is the best hosting provider.
