x10 do not switch users between servers. The only thing you could do is try using a proxy.

Also, the URL you posted is incorrect....try: https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/

Changing servers isn't going to help unfortunately. The whole port number is probably blocked, not just the server.

Try accessing it through a proxy such as http://www.freeproxyserver.ca/
Your URL will work just fine here, given that the proxy itself isn't blocked as well, although for proxies, I recommend using http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 instead.
