Resolved i can't access my control panel i need help

please i can't login in to my control panel.

it keeps saying:



Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.


An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry



i don't know what to do, can anyone assist me with this.

its urgent

Would you by any chance use any proxy service? For logins there are two servers in play, one where you login to the SSO page, which then creates a session on the server where your files are located, the DirectAdmin server.

These two servers does see different IPs for you, which is why it fails (the session does have the IP attached to increase security)

please what do you suggest i do as a solution to this problem?

Because the am not using a proxy service for my control panel, just this ip is what am using.

I have no way to change the way you connect to our servers, you might need to check with your ISP if they by any chance use some proxylike setup.

i always use this same IP i don't have a proxy setup, is there anyone you can recommend to assist me?.

Right now our forums see and main login see the same IP: xxx.xxx.198.77
DirectAdmin server see: xxx.xxx.225.106

The obscured parts are the same in both cases.

This causes a problem, as the session login expects the IPs between main login and server to match up, if not the login fails.

This is from your ISP, both IPs belong to the same organisation, somehow it changes between you logging in and then visiting the actual server. It is consistently these pairs which leads me to think it is something on your ISPs end causing it, maybe they kind of sends your traffic through some kind of proxy service, I don't know, I just know the facts I see on our end.

my ISP has nothing to say about it, is there a way we can reset the login ip from your end or something..feels like am locked out

We can't control what IP you connect from, we don't have anything to reset as it is logged on each visit and not a setting.

You might be able to login directly to DirectAdmin, but keep in mind that it does not log towards keeping your account active in that case. Your server is https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222

Username is same as here on the forums and password should be same as for the SSO login page.

Hi, also with the link you provided i logged in but didnt open the next page just ask me for username and password over and over again.

I want to make sure my account is active and not removed, please help with that to ensure i can renew the login process to keep my account active. thanks
