Resolved I can't access my control panel

Hi, i am trying to access my cpanel but after login i am getting an error:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.




An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"
...
And when i access to my website i get this message "Apache is functioning normally"

We actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days prior to purge (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Purge happened early in this month, around the 4th, so basically we're now nearly two weeks after even if one week was said to be our grace period at first.

Your last login prior to us purging was done on December 5th.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

Thank you for your quick answer, but i can't understand your answer. It is possible recover my account? or fix cpanel access to start from scratch?

There is no more cPanel, we now use DirectAdmin.

There is a requirement to login every 30 days to keep an account active, failing to do so may result in a termination (deletion) of account. This was the case with your account.

The account is restored.
