I can't access my cpanel!!??

hey,
I own a domain bought on 123-reg.co.uk.
anyways, i've change the nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

When i try going to http://www.MYDOMAIN.info:2082/ it wont let me in there. It says that the page could not be found.

Will it take time until i can log in or?
