I can't access my cPanel

I signed up for an account earlier today but I can't access my cPanel. I get a 404 error when i try to access it.
My site is: istore.x10hosting.com

You may need to clear your temporary internet files/preform a hard refresh.

Otherwise, you should be able to use: http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082

I tried both those links and they both did not load! Could it be to do with my fire wall settings?

Can you try the ip url? http://67.228.161.42:2082

If that doesn't work then you might be experiencing a firewall issue.
