You mean the cPanel Page is appearing? just try to change the index.php on the public_html on your choice...

Yeah, CPanel index is appearing when I browse the link you gave!!! Please change the content of index.html as mentioned by Jesse. If that is not your problem then I believe you need to post your concern here
