your forum account is not linked with any hosting account. What is your cPanel username?

My username in my cpanel is lorenz31. Hope that my hosting account will be active.

It's attached to the vBulletin name lorenz, but otherwise appears to be in working order. My guess is that's the issue - wrong username for logging into the AIP
