I can't access my page, forum I created

I uploaded all the files of my old phpBB forum and inserted the SQL tables,

going to http://cf.elementfx.com

I get a default webpage, I uploaded in the root all the files but then when seeing that error, moved it to a new folder called cf, thus it should bee:

http://cf.elementfx.com/cf

but doesn't work. What to do?

Are you still experiencing difficulty with this issue?
If yes, please clear your browser cache and then try again.
I am able to view your site with no difficulties.

You are right, I was thinking viewing it in firefox the browser I didn't use today I would be able to see it. But didn't.

Anyway with clearing my cookies it works now.
