I cant access my site!!

Please help! any admins or moderators or experts who can help me.. I cant open my site http://www.tech004.x10hosting.com/ it says

A while ago.. i just uploaded a 1 html and 1 swf but when i visit it.. it doesnt show up. Anyone can help me please!!

well my site is back up
it still has troubles loading from time to time but it works
