I can't access my website

I have a website and I can't access it, not to the website through a web browser, and not to the control panel through your website.
Two weeks ago it didn't recognize my password.
Now it says the I don't have any hosting account.
My url is: bgu3d.x10hosting.com.

It appears to be your hosting account is not linked to forum account.

When did you logged in to forums(here) previously. It may be due to inactivity if you didn't logged in to forums for past 41 days. Then your account might be terminated.

You are free to re register for hosting account with the same forum account linked.

He was on absolut.

It is probable that your account was among those that did not transfer due to a software malfunction.
Effectively, there are no backups of files or databases.

I had accounts for the forums and for hosting and I did enter to both of them.
I have the files on my computer, but I can't access the control panel of my website.
How can I upload the files again to the same URL?

You should be able to just sign up for a new hosting account.
Your subdomain name bgu3d.x10hosting.com is listed as "available" , so that should not be a problem.
