I can't access to my Control Panel :(

I come back again because i have an another problem (the first problem was the confirmation code) :ugh:

Now my account seems to be validate but i can't access to my user control panel, look at this screenshot of my error :

Hi be7ieve,

As you the error said your forum account is not linked to hosting account. To know what happend to your account we need your cpanel username.

By the way, is your first problem (confirmation code) is solved? if yes, did you confirmed it?

I think that my cpanel username is be7ievers or be7ievers@gmail.com but i can't login :dunno:

About my first problem, i don't know if it solved because i can't login...

No the cpanel username should be 8 characters or less.

check again and tell us what it is.
