I can't access to my website (IP Blocked)

Hi, I have a problem with my account domain.
I can't access a my web site

In my Cpanel show:

Shared Ip Address 74.86.133.219 (IP not working for me)

In my http://x10hosting.com/account show:

IP 74.86.116.188

My Cpanel: http://74.86.116.188:2082 (working for me)

But, my accocunt domain: wordpress.exofire.net (not working) i can't access

Please, some moderator can help me change my IP or unlock?

My Server: Stoli
My User Cpanel: thrasher
My Account Domain: wordpress.exofire.net
