I can't access to MySQL from phpmyadmin and from my blog

Hello:

I have this problem for a least three weeks, when I try to access mysql from phpmyadmin appears the next mensajes:

"Bienvenido a phpMyAdmin"
"El nombre de usuario o la contrasena es incorrecto. El acceso fue denegado."

My blog has two and a half weeks down.

In cPanel, click on Remote MySQL
Add these entries:
int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94

See if that helps

ok, its works for the blog, but no for phpmyadmin from cpanel, with my own ip it does not work, what can I do?
