I can't add new domain to my free hosting account.

Hello Sir,

I have my free domain * Domain: earnovulation.x10hosting.com
Now I have purchased new domain earnation.info

I can't park that domain with my free account. It shows that it is already configured. Also, when I visit that domain, it shows some error.

So kindly confirm
- name servers ( I have submitted ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com)
- Park earnation.com to my account
- If it is added by someone else falsely then kindly first remove it from someone else's account and then park it to my account.

Forgive me if I misunderstand, but you bought earnation.info

Did you park earnation.info or earnation.COM? Surely you need to park earnation.info

Nameservers look OK, so I just query the parking.

earnation.info shows a default webpage under cgi-sys directory. earnation.com just shows a blank webpage. Can you clarify which domain you meant to park?

Please understand my problem.

When I checked addon domain and park domain, nothing is there entered by anyone.

Now when I try to enter "earnation.info" in parked domain,

There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: earnation.info is already configured.

So I can't understand where is it configured and I can't even see it.

So I request you to check that someone else may be falsely adding this domain to his/her account.

Also, I request you to reset my account as it appears that it is messed up.

Can you try parking the domain now ? It should work.
