I cant change domain

I wish to change the domain to www.flaghabbo.co.cc but when i press it i check the pending it says error?

Did you register this domain www.flaghabbo.co.cc .It says still available.
Register it in co.cc and then try

I click hosting then modify domain then type in the url i want and at the end i change the dropdown to .co.cc
I click to see the pending approval and it just says error.
