In regard to your last post (about getting more space)
You can try clearing out files that are not being used first then try again.
if you need your files backed up save them to your pc,
not your website, your not allowed to store any un-used files
in your free website in accordance to the terms/conditions of x10hosting.

if you read the my previous thread you'd know that those files are being used I need more space to add some other files that will also be used by the site, all of the files on the website are used at one point or another as you navigate the pages.

1st of all let me say i am only providing suggestions to try to help.
i am not trying to argue with you about anything.

yes I did read your previous post, i did not make any guesses at it.
i tried to explain briefly in that thread, why they might not of replied.
and i tried to provide a solution to the issue in this thread.

i know you claim those files will be used later on,
But right now they are not currently used and only taking up space.
therefore as i suggested they might be a breach of the terms.

again i only made a suggestion, back them up to your pc for now.
delete the temp folder, and only upload files you will be currently using.

Or of course you can dispute it as much as you want with x10 support,
and just hope to convince them to see it your way.

that's just it the files are being used when you navigate the page, the other files I need to upload are for other parts of the website that is currently inaccessible because of the lack of those files, you assume they are not being used but they are and you comments and suggestions are not helping.

in all honesty I might just self host at this point to save me the headache
