i cant change primary domain/name servers

pls i cant change my primary domain it refused to update. And whats the name servers. Thanks

Nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com; you don't need to keep making multiple tickets for the same thing either. One's plenty (there's been 3 total so far).

Is it giving any errors for the primary domain update?
