I cant creat a website with the web builder

i get this when im trying to start my website with the web builder on the free account service I dont have a program to create a website on my laptop

The RVSiteBuilder accessible from your cPanel can no longer be used due to a huge number of problems we have had with the software, forcing us to stop support it.

For creating your site, I would recommend you instead look at Softaculous in our cPanel x3 control panel and install a CMS, such as Joomla. To do this, please select "Switch to cPanel x3" in the top-right corner, and then choose the "Softaculous" icon from cPanel x3.
