I cant create any folder or files in public html

I am having problem with my account ? I cant create or delete any files from public html folder - it say file system read only ? How can I correct this ? please help.

You ,along with many fellow x10 members, are facing Read Only File System (RO-FS)situation.

This issue is expected to be resolved automatically/by staff members.

There isn't an official word on hosting server migration, but it seems there is some misconfiguration big time somewhere.

Only exception till now is STOLI.
