I can't figure out my username and password for WordPress!

This is driving me nuts! I can't figure out my username and password to log into my WordPress site. I hope I don't have to reinstall it again because it took me some time to figure it out a few months ago. I hope someone can help, thanks!

Go to the WordPress website
Search their documentation on how to change your password.
To retrieve your username, use PHPmyAdmin and look at the WordPress database, the "users" table. Your username will be in plain text (your password will be encrypted and you cannot decrypt it).

Just a minor correction. It's hashed rather than encrypted.

You can reset your password via forgot password and enter your email so it should send your your username and password
