Sir,
I have created a free hosting account on May 26 2010. My cPanel was at: https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083/ with username "santhosh" (without quotes). I was not able to connect to the internet since 10th June to 9th July as there were some problems at the telephone exchange. So, I didn't see the suspension warning email. When I logged in today, I saw that my hosting account is suspended due to inactivity. I then unsuspended it. But, when I click "Login to cPanel" button, I am going to https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/ and it shows "Login attempt failed". What happened to my account? Will I get it back?
Also, when I type https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083/ in my browser, it says that it couldn't find the server at https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083/.
