I can't get in to the website builder

any time i try to get in a message apear... Warning! Username or Password incorrect.
and I know I'm doing ok every step.. x10 site buldier do not open but the other the do
please help me! some one

Create a new FTP account in cPanel and then try accessing website builder again.
