Ok, i've waited 72h like you said Corey, and the problem is the same. I can get on my site early morning's (GTM +1) and later night's. So if the firewall is blocking my range, i can provide the whole ip's from this month if needed, because most of my ip's are blacklisted when i check them.

Domain: vengeance.exofire.net
Acc: tomyvk

Edit: When i try with http://cossacks.x10hosting.com/~tomyvk/ i get

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/tomyvk/public_html/includes/template.php(174) : eval()'d code on line 174

I should be able to get on my site this way.

your not from like korea are you? cause i know the government blocks sites! lol nah umm thats wierd do you have a static IP or dynamic? if its dynamic reset your router and get a new IP perhaps unless the whole IP range of your ISP is blocked which would be a little wierd, if that is the case then i guess you need an admin to unblock the range.

I know this is partly unrelated, but that error is caused by not having the intermediate version of PHP set on your account i believe. You can upgrade it here: http://x10hosting.com/account

Interesting advise Hellsheep... Quite a few of us have been experiencing the same problem.

When I logged in to x10 my pHp was set to basic. I changed it to intermediate and was told 'Your request for a PHP version change has been submitted and is pending review. You will receive a notification of our decision once we review your request.' I will let y'all know if this fixed it.

No problem, also with that upgrade i forgot to mention it can take up to 12 hours to take effect, so be patient.

When you can't get to your site, you're able to see http://cossacks.x10hosting.com ?

Yeah i can get on it. But i can't right now not on my site without proxy, and some other people have the same problem with my site. For Cpanel i have to use cossacs ip 74.86.116.190:2082 or i cant get on it, for ftp its the same. I have flushed the DNS and cleared my cache, restarted router and pc.

Got exactly the same problem, sometimes I can access my website using my domain, sometimes I have to use a proxy to be able to access it. I can access my website and cpanel if I use http://cossacks.x10hosting.

I tried everything I could think of to solve that problem and to no results. And it's getting really exhausting as I get that problem ONLY since the server migration.

i'm also having this exact same problem mentioned in this post and the thread starters. i've pretty much given up on getting a working solution for it though, corey worked very hard to try to fix it and so far nothing has changed after everything he's tried. hoping it'll resolve itself somehow or they'll figure it out eventually, but i just wanted to post so other people know that multiple people are having the same problem and have been ever since the server migration as Siaram said.
