I can't go to my cpanel

I suscribed today for an account and I received the mail with activate account.
But I can't go to my cpanel.

cPanel URL:http://fanscreativos.x10hosting.com:2082
Hosting Type:Ad-Free

I want to know if I have to wait another mail or how I can to correct this problem. Thanks.

Can you try logging in using this url? http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082

Make sure you use lowercase letters and the cPanel password. Not the forums password. Unless they are the same.
