I can't log in or create a new account

My account got deletef for inactivity because I was away for a while and wasn't able to log in once every month, and after I tried to log into my account again X10 Hosting said that my account got deleted for inactivity and that I shouldn't create a new account with a new email address and that I should just create a new account again and then X10 Hosting re-directs me to where I should create a new account. After I try to create a new account, everything goes into a nonstop loop where I go back to the original message about how my account got deleted for inactivity and then I go back to the option to create a new account but the option doesn't work and it just brings me back to the original message about how my account got deleted and so forth in a nonstop loop. Can you fix it so I can create a new account again? Thank you very much and have a nice day!!!

Hi Danny,

When you are creating your new account on our website, you should be asked to provide the credentials of your previous account, to verify the ownership of your email address. If you are not seeing this message, please could you confirm that you are entering the same email address as your previous account on the signup form?

Everything works perfectly now (I created a new account and everything is totally working), thank you VERY much Sir!!!
