I can't log in to Cpanel or go on my website.

Apparantly, I've been upgraded to a static account (got the email confirming that I've been moved), but I'm STILL on the absolute server and now my Cpanel doesn't work (neither does my website).
Again, Cpanel is tbfn

How do I get my Cpanel working again?

The invoice for that account appears as Cancelled and not as Paid. That's why the account wasn't transferred and upgraded.
