I can't log in to cPanel-- the username/password I've always used are rejected!

Hello,

Since the migration to Chopin I haven't been able to log in to cPanel with the username and password I've always used. Actually, when cPanel first pops up and before I enter anything at all there is red text reporting a failure to log in (this was present from the very first time I tried to log in since the migration, as if it was trying to log me in automatically with the wrong credentials). What should I do to refresh my account information?

Try to login to http://x10hosting.com/control with your forum information and request a Password Reset.

Password files can get messed up during migrations and resetting your password should help.

Make sure you're using the correct cPanel URL: http://crescogames.x10hosting.com:2082/ or http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082
