I can't log in to my cPanel

In the last few days, I haven't been able to do anything in my X10Hosting account but log in to the forum.

It means I cannot upload anything from FTP, nor log in to my cPanel, and my webpage was broken long ago.

My hosting status is Unsuspended, though.

Resetting the password didn't work. I've tried to send a PM to Hellsheep, but it says I don't have permission to do it. So I've posted a message in his profile page.

Anyway, I'm telling you too. The Control Panel says I'm on Fris, but after pinging the result is Boru: 69.175.121.66.

What do I do now?

Don`t care about account panel, It is not updated after the last migration and upgrades. It will be corrected soon.

It does not connect, either.

In Firefox/Chrome it says it can't establish a connection with the requested page.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
