I can't log into CPanel or access my website!

I have a free account with a domain name (wbspensfansite.net). I also have a paid account which I recently experienced problems with. It was the same issue and was fixed. I was told somehow my old records were not properly transferred from when it was an addon domain for my free account. Now that that is fixed, I am unable to access my free account. I cannot log in to CPanel or visit my website. I have not checked it in a few days so I am not sure how long after my other issue this started.

Can someone help me?
