I can't login Cpanel xo4

I try login my account at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login, it show:
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.


Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel..

But after redirecting, it's empty page

Hi lionp201,

Your account has hit it's initial disk quota limit. There is currently an issue with our x10Hosting Basic control panel, where it will display a blank page should the disk quota be hit. I've temporarily switched your account over to the standard cPanel x3 theme, so that you can access your cPanel in the meantime. Please do not switch back to x10Hosting Basic until some files have been cleared.

We do also offer unmetered disk quota, should you require it. Please see this thread for more information:
