I can't login in my cPannel

i use http://mydomain:2082 i use the right user name and password but i can't login:
"Login Attempt Failed!"
How can i reset my user and pass?

an Executive Team member change my password and now i can login cPannel but phpMyAdmin does not work anymore because gives me this error:

"Welcome to phpMyAdmin
Username or password incorrect. Access Denied. "

and if i access the page with a database i get this error:

"MySQL Error Occurred
1045: Access denied for user 'andrea85_andrea' @ 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES) "

What should I do?

Try this:
Go to cPanel and click on Remote MySQL
Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the allowed list (without quotes)
Then try loading your database pages again.
