I can't login Joomla administration

Hi!

My web was several days without working, I believe that it was due to the change of server, that's right?

I've installed Joomla and today had error messages that I solved modifing the Joomla's configuration files. But now I have a problem. I cannot login to the administrator, the username and password are correct. The administrator login page returns to me the same page without error messages, continously. I have read in the forum of Joomla that this happens when the session_save_path is not writteable, is certain? Is there some solution to fix this problem?
