i Can't login to control panel.

Hi. Two days ago I tried to login to control panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) but as result i only get: "Invalid email address or password supplied". I have tried my main username, email address, and username for forum but no results. The weird thing is I HAVE ACCESS to ftp and forum but no for cpanel.
P.S. In desperate mood i clicked "I forgot my password" link, but no answer yet, no mail arrived. I am afraid somebody hacked my account and changed password and contact emai address.
Is there anyone can help me? Pleas!
